Honors Residence

Honors Residence is located close to the Mathimaradhoo area on Gan Island, Laamu. It’s only a short walk from the picture perfect 4-kilometer beach of the west coast and the home of Laamu Adventures. We offer all sorts of activities to make it possible for you to explore this amazing area the way you prefer. Come join us on our Dhoni trips, explore the islands of the atoll and the magnificent coral reefs – either by snorkeling or diving. Here you can see Manta rays and sharks – lots of them! Or what about night fishing? We’ll make sure you get a good catch. If you rather want to explore by land, you can rent bicycles or our electric scooters. Come see the location of where the paradise planet scenes of Star Wars Rouge One was shot. We also offer stand up paddleboarding, kayaks and watersports activities. Dive courses up to instructor level is available. And what about a sunset yoga session after a busy day? Come join us at the beach.
Our large property is developed into a tasteful boutique hotel. In the reception area, you will find our Lobby café. We have a spacious main restaurant for dining and special events, and a 800 square feet swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Our superior accommodation is situated in two story bungalows, the standard rooms are in a separate building. We have 28 rooms in total, 20 superior rooms and 8 standard rooms. The superior rooms are spacious with king size beds and beautiful, modern bathrooms.
