GYM FLOOR
Get your heart racing and blood pumping on your cardio equipment.
If your goal is to improve overall health, build your endurance and make your heart healthy, our cardio equipment is a good choice. Our range of treadmills and bikes will help you build your stamina and edurance.

Build your strength with our free weights.
Our free weight equipment will help you improve your body composition, by increasing muscle mass and decreasing fat mass in a safe and efficient way. From dumbbells up to 50kg, benches, squat racks and plate-loaded equipment, your strength will increase day to day.

Fixed resistance weights.
Fixed-weight machines are a great place to start weight training before you're developed the skills required for training with free weights.

For an upper body work-out, try the spine press, shoulder press, lateral pull down and seated row machines. Or train your entire body with leg press, hack squat and many more.

CLEANING AND CHANGING ROOMS
We have separate changing rooms with showers for male and female. ​Your bags can be kept safely in our lockers while you work out.

A spacious area with a vintage vibe, where you can enjoy a simple protein shake or a coffee with your friends. A wide range of healthy drinks and snacks are available at the cafe.
