Description
Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation Limited is a 100% state owned company established by the Government of the Republic of the Maldives, with the primary objective of providing social housing to the citizens of Maldives, under Section 95 of the Maldives Constitution Act No 10/96 “The Companies Act of the Republic of Maldives” and with the President’s authority, by a Presidential Decree no 2/2019.
This newly established company will be mandated with the responsibilities of carrying out all works in providing shelter for the community at an affordable price, providing shelter to low-income earners at a subsidized rate, and providing capital for first time house buying individuals.
